That’s not a command, but a simple goal… just a reminder to myself that life is short. Too short to be careless about how I live it. I want to enjoy life, and I believe wellness, in a variety of dimensions, is key. I plan to think about this. Feel free to monitor my journey. I start today with a wordle created by the wellness folks at UCSD. After I gain a better understanding, I’ll create my own wordle and compare the two. More to come.
